Support

Galliard Music offers support outside of the music lesson via email or phone. For questions or concerns on lesson material, the student may contact their instructor directly. For all other questions, the student should contact Galliard Music.

Payment

Galliard Music accepts Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle. You can purchase lessons in packs of 5, 10, and 20. The week before your last session, we will send you an invoice for renewing your pack. Please note that a teacher will not show up to a lesson that has not been paid for, so it is important to renew your packs on time.

All questions and concerns regarding payment should be addressed to Galliard Music and not to the instructor.

Our cancellation policy

If the student is unable to attend one of his or her lessons, Galliard Music or the instructor should be notified at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. Students who fail to give 24 hours notice will be charged in full for the lesson. In the case of severe weather, sudden illness, accident or other emergency, students who fail to give at least 2 hours notice will be charged in full for the lesson.

A note to parents

An adult must be on the premises during the length of the lesson.  If an adult is not present then the instructor will not be able to teach the lesson.  The student will be charged for the lesson and no make-up lesson will be scheduled.


If the student is not satisfied with their instructor, Galliard Music will provide the student with a different instructor.  Galliard Music is NOT responsible for any legal issues between the instructor and the student.
