Program Overview and Teacher Matching Form
Thank you for your interest in taking lessons with Galliard Music! We’re excited to learn more about you and help you find the perfect music lessons.
Below, you’ll find important information about our program. If you’re interested in setting up a trial lesson, please complete the Teacher Matching Form at the bottom of this page. To be clear, the form is not a registration form, but a way for us to gather details to match you with the right teacher. Once we’ve found the best fit for you, we’ll connect you with your teacher and send you a registration link via email.
At Galliard Music, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, personalized music lessons tailored to each student’s unique needs. Here’s what sets us apart:
-
All of our teachers hold music degrees and are required to have at least 4 years of teaching experience. They have extensive experience working with kids, teens, and adults. Each teacher undergoes a rigorous hour-long interview focused on music education, ensuring they are not only skilled musicians but also passionate educators.
-
We begin with a trial lesson to ensure the perfect match between student and teacher. This allows students to experience a lesson with a teacher before committing to ongoing lessons. You can try different instruments or teachers, but please note that each trial lesson is booked and paid for separately.
-
Our lessons are competitively priced to provide great value for top-notch music education. We offer three lesson durations:
30-minute lessons: $65
45-minute lessons: $85
60-minute lessons: $105
-
After the trial period, all lessons are billed in packs of 5 to provide both flexibility and consistency in your learning journey. Each lesson uses 1 credit, and once your account reaches 0 credits, you’ll be automatically billed for the next 5-pack. This seamless system ensures there are no interruptions in your lessons, keeping you or your child on track to achieve your musical goals.
-
Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without being charged. This allows us to respect our teachers’ time and offer flexibility to other students.
For younger students, we require an adult to be present for the entire duration of the lesson. This helps ensure the comfort and safety of the student.
-
After the trial lesson, if you decide to continue with that teacher, we’ll schedule regular weekly lessons for you. You’ll secure a time slot on the teacher’s calendar, ensuring consistency in your music education.
Ready to take the next steps to be connected with a teacher?
Once you submit this form, we’ll review your information and match you with a teacher. You’ll receive an email with your teacher’s profile and a link to register and pay for your trial lesson. The teacher will contact you for an intro call and confirm the date and time of the trial lesson.
After the trial, we’ll check in to see how you liked the lesson and assist with setting up ongoing lessons.
